Shipping policy
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will give you a call. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your items are in stock and we have received payment, your order will ship within three business days (latest) from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@pace-energy.co.za
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@pace-energy.co.za and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a R200 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or bank account that you used when placing your order.
Delivery Locations
We ship to anywhere in South Africa, provided it has a valid street address.
Delivery Times
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Deliveries take place during general business days only and can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days depending on the supplier(s) and product(s) in your shopping cart. Major centres usually carry a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days and delivery to outlying areas can take up to 7 days.
N.B. Some items are not kept at our premises and may have a lead time of 5 days or more before they are dispatched. Should stock be completely unavailable at the time of your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Should you not wish to wait for us to procure the items then we can provide you with either an alternative item in the same price range or a full refund.
Any estimated delivery times displayed on the website exclude any time required to prepare your order and are only valid from date of dispatch.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated on the checkout page and final costs depend on the shipping address as well as the weight and size of the goods to be delivered.

Collections
Collections are not available and products will only be shipped via courier.
Order status
You are more than welcome to query the status of your order at any point in time during business hours.
Correctness of Information
PACE Energy (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays, or losses caused by incorrect delivery information. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains incorrect delivery information. Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full, either via the payment gateway or via EFT.
Liability
Liability cover is included in our shipments, however, the onus is on you to turn away any deliveries that contain damaged goods or packaging. Should you find that the product packaging is damaged in any way, please do not accept the delivery, and clearly write on the waybill the reason for rejecting the delivery.

Shipping is subject to our terms and conditions and carries no warranty or guarantee from PACE Energy (Pty) Ltd.
Once your product leaves our store, your order will be updated with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number in regards to any queries you may have regarding your shipment.
